At SatinMuse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Lingerie and swimwear must have hygiene seals intact
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Accessories must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Used or damaged merchandise
Refund Process

- Pack your return securely with original packaging
- Ship your return using a trackable method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage.
Processing Time
Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
